ik44 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ik44 website at https://ik44.io, including all associated pages, features, tools, and services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ik44 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, account tools, payment facilities, and other features made available by ik44 through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, stake, or game round conducted through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 11 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the ik44 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and accept the ik44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• You have read and accept the ik44 Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

ik44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Use of the ik44 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. ik44 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks on all accounts. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Sole Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the ik44 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that are legally your own. Use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise improperly obtained funds is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on the ik44 Platform.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Declaration: If you have self-identified as a problem gambler or have requested restriction tools, you remain bound by those restrictions.

To access the full range of ik44 Services, Players must register an Account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth (used for age verification)
• A valid email address
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• A secure password chosen by the Player

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and current. ik44 may, at its sole discretion, require Players to complete enhanced verification procedures — including submission of a national ID card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits.

You must keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential. ik44 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must contact ik44 support at [email protected] immediately.

All deposits to ik44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's deposit interface. ik44 does not impose a fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ik44 accepts no liability.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical error resulting in a delayed or duplicate credit, the Player must notify ik44 support without delay. Any funds credited in error must not be wagered and must be returned upon request.

ik44 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed identity verification. ik44 may require documentary evidence of identity and source of funds before approving any withdrawal.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before the portion of the Balance attributable to bonus activity becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• ik44 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

ik44 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-fraud procedures. Players subject to such checks will be notified by email and are required to cooperate with any reasonable information request within 72 hours.

ik44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Player is eligible to claim a specific welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated in the promotional terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotional terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met within the specified period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ik44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or where ik44 determines in its sole discretion that the offer is being exploited contrary to its intended purpose.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the ik44 sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted and settled at ik44's sole discretion. By placing a bet, the Player accepts the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and will be displayed in the betting interface. ik44 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player account.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or voided will be settled as void and the stake returned to the Player's Account. In the case of a partial abandonment, specific rules for the relevant sport will govern settlement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to technical availability and market integrity. ik44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a palpable error in published odds — including odds published due to technical malfunction or data feed error — ik44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the event has concluded.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). ik44 is not liable for results determined by third parties.
• Multiple bets (accumulators) require all selections to win or qualify for settlement. A single void selection in an accumulator reduces the bet by one selection; it does not void the entire wager unless only one selection remains.

The ik44 casino offers a range of games including slots, live dealer tables, virtual games, and crash games, provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

• All casino games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, on physically dealt or spun outcomes streamed in real time. ik44 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are indicative long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session or Player.
• Game rules — including minimum and maximum bet limits, payline structures, bonus feature conditions, and jackpot eligibility — are governed by the terms of each individual game as published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
• ik44 is not liable for technical malfunctions, disconnections, or data errors that occur on the game provider's infrastructure. In such cases, ik44 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes in good faith.
• Progressive jackpot prizes, where offered, are subject to the terms of the relevant game provider. ik44 does not fund jackpot prizes directly.
• Live casino tables are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi dealers and are subject to the operational rules of those providers. Dealer decisions on resolved rounds are final.

ik44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may only be reduced immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure automated alerts that trigger after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, login and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ik44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Claiming bonuses through dishonest means, including creating multiple accounts, using false personal details, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ik44 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the ik44 Platform.

All content on the ik44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ik44 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may access the Platform and use its Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ik44.

The ik44 brand name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. You may not use the ik44 name, logo, or any other brand identifiers without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of ik44 trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any losses arising from a technical failure, system outage, or interruption of service on the Platform or on a third-party payment provider's infrastructure.
• Any losses attributable to delayed or failed transactions where the delay or failure originates with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment processor.
• Any action taken by a third-party game provider that affects the availability, outcome, or settlement of any game on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where that access was facilitated by the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

ik44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ik44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ik44 implements industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party verification providers, payment processors, and game studios to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

ik44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

The version of the Terms & Conditions that governs any particular transaction or dispute is the version in force at the time the transaction was made or the dispute arose. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ik44 operates the Platform for an audience based primarily in Bangladesh, and these Terms & Conditions are intended to be read in that context.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ik44 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. ik44's support team is available at [email protected] to address complaints and disputes in a timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
